How do I collect the answers the user has chosen at the end of the questions?

Hello. 

Im creating an app which involves asking 10 questions...the answers are either "Yes", "No" or "N/A".

I have created the App so you click on the firest answer and then it brings you to the next question....

Question...How Do I collect the answers the user has chosen at the end of the questions. 

So say for example..

Question 1 answer was Yes

Question 2 answer was N/A and so on... 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

XD really does not have that level of functionality. You will need to use another solution to perform the actual data collection. XD will only give you the tools to visually design the app.
