how to export a video with ratio 4x3 from Adobe XD

I want to upload my recorded XD video to Dribbble, but Dribbble only allows video with ration of 4x3. How do I control the dimension in XD?

XD records the artboard area only. If you want it to record to a specific size or ratio I think the best option would be to begin with a Custom Size layout. That way you can specify the area which will be recorded but still only use the area you want.
