HUGE usage of RAM. Perfomance is really bad. Every small action cause problems

I have this problem from january with all versions!!!!!!!!

No matter the size of the file, after few minutes using XD thaths the situation. Can use up to 8-10 GB!!

Even if there is no file open it uses up to 5GB of memory!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot work like this anymore!!!Do smth!!!!!I have an issue wuth support for monthes!Nothing solved!

And in addition to that with the last release the app crashes everyday, 10-15 times a day depends on using!!!

I talked to the team. YOu took log files and after that, I didn't hear from you. I am in touch with adobe agents since February, every time you take logs trying different things, and then you are gone. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!!
