I can't create a new design in Adobe XD

Hello,  When I want to create a new project (design) it's impossible to do it. 

This error message appears   

"A problem occurred while creating a new document online"

if you have any idea to solve this problem, thank beforhand for you answers, (Sorry for my bad english i'm french )

Hi Swend,

In addition to what Ares suggested, I would request you to try the steps mentioned here on this link: - Issue saving xd files to creative cloud and update this discussion with the results.

Adobe Xd can save file local and directly in Creative Cloud drive. Please refer to Cloud documents in XD  Did you saving file to local computer?
