i cant chang delay time and duration xd

XD has a well known bug on windows where suddenly typing doesnt work. If this is your problem, alt + tab out and back on XD should solve.

But, there is another bug where even doing the said workaround, I can't change transitions durations. I reported the bug here:

Now a message to Adobe: please, test XD on windows enviroment. More importantly, use your own software (on windows) and you'll know what users here in the forum are going through.

Thanks for reaching out and using Adobe XD. Can you share the video again here in the same thread as a attachment or you can DM me by clicking on the profile Icon without adding it google drive because of access Issue and  I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

1. The version of XD.
2. The version of Mac or WIN machine which you are using.
3. If it is happening with a specific file or multiple files, will it be possible for you to share the file with us?
