I have re-installed the system for thrice, but it doesn't work.

When I open my XD, it appears for several seconds and then quit.

I have upgrade my system, graphic driver and re-installed system for thrice, but it doesn't work.

I really want to use this software but it seens nobody can this problem. I almost try all the methods I can find on the internet.

Here are some details:

CPU: i5 4590

graphics card: R7 360

System Vesion: Windows 10 Enterprise 1803 17134.228

Hello, Atul_Saini!

Actually,I have struggled for this trouble since several months ago. And I waiting for a helpful system update or XD update cause I thought it might be something wrong with win10 1803(all my friends whose system were 1803 couldn't launch XD except onlyone).

And I can't find the 1:1 support so I will thanks a lot if you can provide more detailed steps. !

Thanks 尚青邓, for being patient and cooperative with this. Can you please try to update XD to the latest version and let me know if you are still facing this issue? The latest version is Adobe XD 11.0. Here is some more information about the process to update the app: - Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud. 

As you have mentioned that you are unable to connect to the support channel, please try the steps mentioned hereContact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link
