I invited someone to coedit my Xd file and they receive this message. How to I grant access?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that the collaborator is on the latest version of XD which is 37.0.2. If XD is already up to date, please try re-inviting the user and asked the collaborator to sign out and sign in again and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
