[IMPORT& EXPORT]-How can i put our XD app into google play or appstore?

I just finished to create a mobile application on Adobe Xd. I would like to put it on App Store and Google Play. How can I do it ? (excuse my English, I speak French). Do I have to pass by a developper ?
