[Install]-Adobe XD app is not visible in Creative Cloud app.

Hi, does anyone know why there is no adobe xd in my CC.
yesterday i have some issue with my xd, it cannot open and then i uninstall it and install it again. But still, it cannot open. so i decide to uninstall my cc then install it again, but when it finishes installing the adobe xd app is not showing. Is there something wrong?

I have the same issue. My account says it is included in my abo but it does not show up.

I am using this creative cloud thing an xd for the first time...
