Installer stuck at 3% offline, offline installer necessary

Hello

When i try install Adobe XD that stuck at 3%, i read on that community answer about use a offline installer, but i cant see any links for that app.

I try ask help desk, but i dont see any option to contact.

So anybody have a working link for offline installer?

No change, still i get that same trouble.

So if i good understand - i still need offline installer.
