Installing process stopped at 36%

hello,,

i've been trying to install Adobe Xd fot the 6th times now, and after 6 long hours of waiting, installing process has only reached 36%. I dont know how much longer i have to wait. I'm using windows 10, already update it using the anniversary edition. I'm using my office's internet connection, so its stable. I can browse just fine, so i don't think connection is the issue here.

Really need help here.

This definitely shouldn't be happening. You can start out by trying a couple of troubleshooting steps, and if that doesn't work, we can take a look at your installer logs for you. I'd try:

• Running the Creative Cloud cleaner and remove anything related to XD Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
• If that doesn't work, try logging out of Creative Cloud and rebooting, then log back and see if that works.
