Is there an Adobe CC UI Kit available?

I would like to prototype a pallet designed for Illustrator CC 2017 and could really use a UI-Kit with predefined elements if one exists. Anybody have any idea where to look if Adobe doesn't make one themselves?

The file menu has Get UI kits for Apple iOS, Google Material, Microsoft Windows, and a new one for Wireframes.

Am I the only person that thinks this is a peculiar decision? It sounds to me like you have made the decision rather than it just slipped your mind. Why wouldn't you produce and publish a UI Kit for Creative Cloud Apps so plugin developers can use the existing UI to make apps look better rather than creating their own UI?

I guess I have to just start perusing the Illustrator settings files and hope I find some trove of UI pieces that I can liberate for XD.
