Issues with my adobe xd cloud

I have been using Adobe Xd for last 15 days almost.but now this app isn't showing any recent files or work are not even saved in the cloud previosuly it was ok.as it's not saving to the cloud i can't do prototyping but i can open any xd file from my local pc storage ..please someone help me how to fix that?...TIA

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would like to follow-up on this issue, to check if you are still having trouble viewing files? As Kenneth suggested, please check if you are able to see files on the above-shared link. If you are able to see the file, please try the steps shared below:

     

    1. Signout of Adobe XD and Adobe CC Desktop App.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to see the files.
