Issues with sharing a prototype on Abode XD - Link not loading but showing a blank screen

Hello, 

I created a mobile prototype, generated a link and share the prototype link with other users. 

However, when someone clicks on the link all that loads is a blank screen with a horizontal line running through it.  I generated the link multiple times but nothing changes. 

Could you please help me! I am under a tight deadline and this issue is extremely frustrating.
