Layers, Plugins, and Assets views should be floating Panels

Layers, Plugins, and Assets should be panels like the rest of Adobe’s products. It’s annoying having to constantly bounce back and forth between views. Just show them as floating panels and let me anchor them where I want on the screen so I can view them on screen all the time.
