libraries in XD are gone

Since last week that all the libraries disappeared ... the ones that I own and the ones that were shared with me and the team... know all the files have a ton of broken links and are impossible to work with.

Did these happen to anyone else?
How did o solve the problem?

  2. Did this happen only with one user or multiple users?
  3. Was there any change in the Adobe account? 
  4. Please ensure you're signed in with the correct Adobe ID.
  5. Do you have a personal Adobe subscription or an enterprise subscription?

  1. The version of XD & OS.
    v56.1.12
  2. Did this happen only with one user or multiple users?
    it was with all users from my team...
  3. Was there any change in the Adobe account? 
    no
  4. Please ensure you're signed in with the correct Adobe ID.
    we are all with the correct adobe ID, and we've tried to sign out and sign in several times
  5. Do you have a personal Adobe subscription or an enterprise subscription?
    enterprise subscription
