Lost all cloud documents after update to 34.3.12.1 this morning

Updated this morning and lost all my cloud documents.  Have tried ending processes, restarting, reinstalling, installing previous versions, signing out and back in, and the cloud documents do not show on the web or on any other devices such as my iPhone app.  Its like they never existed.  Nothing shows in the deleted section either.

    Hi Dave,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. There was a known outage because of which certain XD services were affected, however, it has been resolved now, so could you please restart XD and check if it is working? If not, please ensure that you are signed in with right email address and check if you are able to access the documents here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
