I'm also missing all my documents. I was prompted to sign in again this morning, and now all of my documents are missing. They are not in my CC account or archive, and they are not in my computer's Trash bin.

Hi @Dominik25397527wtie & @aaronscotthodgin,
We are sorry for the trouble. Could you please check your files here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents? Please ensure you're logged in with the correct Adobe ID, i.e., one is your "Personal Account" and the other is "Federated Account." Hence, please login into both accounts and see if you see files in any of them.
We will try our best to help.
Thanks,
Harshika

As far as I know there is only one type of account associated with this email address. I recently shared a file with another user, they said they can see a folder but no files.

Hi Hashika,
i have one Account with one Email... so i did login until now allways with the same email.
And since one week i cannot see my documents...
Could you explain the difference between Personal Account and Federated Account? with only one Username?
Thanks and best
Dominik
