Malformed URI error - Adobe XD

Hey all getting a serious error on the last update of Adobe XD. At some point a file starts to corrupt. First I lose the ability to undo changes, then I can't save (only save as) and then finally upon restart the file becomes completely corrupt and I get a 'malformed uri' error when I attempt to open the file. This has happened to 3 operators in the studio across different files. We are all running Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.6) with the latest XD version and running off a server. Lost 3 files in a week! Anyone having this error or know what could possibly be causing it? I can't isolate if its coming from the server or from the application but lost a lot of work.

Help!

Update on this, it is not isolate to server based files. I tried a new project file set up in a CC Cloud File folder and got the same issue after a few hours of work. Could possibly be related to copying and pasting linked symbols between projects but not 100% sure. Would be great to get a response from Adobe .as this issue is now business critical we have had over a dozen files corrupt and all work lost.

Hi,

The product team has requested your files for investigation. Would it be possible for you to upload your files to a shared location such as CC, Dropbox, or Google Drive and share the URL? To send a private message, click or hover over my profile picture and use the Message button.

Thanks,

Preran

Good afternoon.

Has anyone experienced this issue, or are familiar with the cause of this alert?

We have had staff report this problem recently, but it is not something that I am familiar with.

I have not been able to find any information about this, aside from this unanswered forum post.

Thanks in advance.
