Move Layers & Copy Objects

I purchased a template with 30 sceens that look nice, but I have 2 problem I can't solve. 

1. See screenshot. I can not move the layer down as I can with folders etc. It¨s not locked so I have no clue why or what I shall do to "open it up" so I can move it?

2. I copied the sceens I changed into a new board that I called Mockup. The problem is that I cant for example copy the logo from sceen 1 to sceen 7? I can click on copy in the drop meny but when I try to paste it in to sceen 7 if not appear? No clue why. I can do the action in the original template.

Any suggestions?

I see only that background layer is locked. Is there any lock subfolders?

Yes there are. I could now unloch the first sceen and now I can copy etc so that work. It is just the move of the layers that not work as it should.
