Hi Chetan,
I'm begining to think that XD getting slower with every new version is a feature.
Adobe should include it in their What's new page 🙂

but I'm facing it every day and every time, now I'm facing new problems also 😞 If I open XD the file is taking more than 5min and it crashes the software automatically it close. after that, it shows the error like

I am sorry for the disappointment. I understand how frustrating it could be. I would request you to please share the OS and XD versions of your machine. Have you checked if any graphic card driver needs an update? If you still face the issue, please generate the logs using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a PM. Could you please confirm if it's happening with cloud documents or local files?
