I was tried to open a file in adobe xd but my mouse freezes and i can't see my artboards . This problem start after the loading process of adobe xd was over .Is there a way to fix this issue.
Hi, not to sound cliche but I think I'd uninstall and reinstall XD (and if it doesn't work I'd even uninstall-reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud app) to resolve the issue. I'd also make sure my operating system is up to date. Mentioning your computer hardware and operating system details also can be helpful for the ones who answer your post. Hope this helps!
Thanks for responding . I have upgraded yesterday adobe xd. I didn't try what you said. I will try them and see if they work.
