After Adobe stopped Team subscriptions, I lost access to my Adobe XD cloud files and my team admin is not reachable and doesn't answer his phone, I have been working on these files for two years now, I don't know what to do now. I contacted the Adobe assist 100 times, and they failed to help me.
Very frustrating, very sad.

Hi @Mohammad5CE2,

We understand your pain. We've checked your case opened with our support team, and they suggested you contact your admin, or your admin can contact them, who can only help you with the files.

Are you able to connect with your admin? Please check with your team if they can contact admin and help you.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hello Harshika,

I been trying to contact my team admin since 12 days, he disappeared and that's understandable, all his subscribers now asking for the money they paid and of course he won't reply JUST BECAUSE ADOBE DECIDED TO STOP ENTERPRISE SUBSCRIPTIONS. And then Adobe want us to be legal and pay for it's prgram, WHAT AN IRONY.

SO DISAPPOINTED, SO SAD, SO ANGRY.

Hi @Mohammad5CE2,

No, that's not true. Adobe is dedicated to continuing to support Enterprise subscriptions for XD. Please reach out to us directly for immediate assistance: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.cc.html.

Thanks.

Harshika

Hi Harshika,

NO, that's not true and the prove is that Adobe stopped the team subscriptions,
I contacted the immediate assitant 100 times, and they FAILED to help, all they can say: (Go to ur team admin and ask him to retrive your files).
Anyway I'm moving to Figma or Shetch, Adobe don't deserve a PENNY.

If you are leaving XD, just a reminder Figma was bought by Adobe...
