Need help championing Adobe XD over Figma in my organization

I recently started a leadership role in a company; the company never had a product design leadership before...enter 'Me'!

I am an Adobe super-fan ever since I started as a young graphic designer; during my last role as head of design for a small startup, it made perfect sense for me to start with Adobe XD...and I love it!!!

The current company I lead product design in recieved its 'design system' graphics from an agency a few months ago; the agency created and handed-over all files using Figma.

 

Questions:

  1. What is the best way for me to transition a 'design system' from Figma to Adobe XD?
  2. How can I know of new feature releases by Adobe for XD before they hit the market? (would love for me and my forming team to be 'beta testers' if this is an option)
