No artboards when start new file XD CC

Hello everyone,

I've just downloaded the latest version of XD, went to try the tutorial, nothing, blank screen. i can't draw artboards.
I try boot my device into safe mode and AMAZING, XD works in this mode. But when i restart with non-mode, this error still occurs.

Give me your ideas ?

I have just tried artboard tool but it's not working ! I thing this error is simply something conflicting with Open GL but i can't find it.

Hi JosPham,

Thanks for sharing the video and sorry that you are unable to draw an artboard in Adobe XD. Could you please try to choose the artboard tool and then draw an artboard from there and share the results?
