Not Able to Open Adobe xD

I was using trial version on Adobe xd and now upgraded to license version. It was working fine in the trial but after getting license and update to the latest version it stopped working.

when i try to open it give white screen for a sec and then disappear. I tried to reinstall several time removed preference and app data.

tried cleaning using creative cloud clean but still not able to open xD. Photoshop and other apps are working fine

PC Specs:

i5 4460

16GB Ram

1TB HDD ( 700+ Free )

Asus RX 480 4GB

windows 10 latest

    I don't know if this will help but iv found out I can run the app using the original admin login on my computer.

    In fact, I had to install it this way as it would not install on my own login although I'm set as Administrator.

    Question:

    Does anyone know how I can allow the app to "run as administrator" as it does not give this option when right clicking the app?

    it's not working I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version but still no luck.

    and now it's giving me this error. Talked to 4 adobe support agent still they are not able to solve my problem

    It's possible your graphics drivers may have fallen out of date. We discovered that Windows 10 Fall Creators Update invalidated a number of graphics drivers, so you should go to your manufacturer's website to grab the latest drivers and see if that resolves it.
