Preview on device has errors

Hi,

 

I want to preview my website via the XD app but it doesn't show me one element. Also in the preview on the monitor it misses.

Could you please help me with following information

 

1. Which version of XD you are currently using?

2. if possible could you please share the file (you can send me over a private message)  if it is file specific issue? 

3. In which OS you are facing this issue?

Hello Andreas,

 

Thanks for reaching us, you can find the desktop preview on the top right corner on XD(pScreen Shot 2021-01-18 at 3.13.44 PM.pnglease refer the attachment) , Please make sure that the preview elements/objects should be on artboard, elements present on canvas can't be previewed. 

 

To preview on mobile device please install latest XD from App store/Play store and connect via USB cable and click on live preview.

Hello Rajasekhar,

 

no your answer doesn't help in any way because it is completely off topic. I didn't ask how I can preview an artboard I said that an element is completey missing in the preview. And if you would have had a look into my screen shot it would be very obvious for you.

I'm using the actual version of XD and macOS. I don't know if you can reproduce the error since after the restart of the program the error disappeared.
