Problems when trying to download Adobe XD on Windows

Question

When I try to download Adobe XD for the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I am unable to do so and the download fails and tells me to try and download again. This is only a problem when downloading Adobe XD as other applications that I have downloaded have worked and not failed. I have put some screenshots of the problem.

Hi bav_s-Check out this forum post: Installer issue with exit code 191 Unfortunately, the error simply means that there's a problem with installing a UWP app on your device. As XD is the only UWP-only app that Adobe has, it could mean that there's a more fundamental problem going on right now. Can you swing over to the other thread and ask there?Thanks,-Elaine
