Publishing unlimited prototypes with Creative Cloud

New Here ,

Hello!

I have Adobe Creative Cloud on my personal computer (running Windows 10) through my university, and whenever I try to publish or update a prototype, it prompts me to upgrade my account, even though I am not using the XD Starter plan.  I have published multiple prototypes in the past without issue until today.

How can I publish multiple prototypes in Adobe XD?  Thank you!

I think your trial version ended and now Adobe Xd works in Free Starter Plan which allows to share only one prototype. You need to upgrade.

Find the plan that’s right for you.

Get the free Starter plan or step up to a paid plan for unlimited prototype and design spec sharing.

Free Starter Plan

Adobe XD
1 active shared prototype
1 active shared design spec
2 GB cloud storage
Adobe Fonts Free (limited set of fonts)

Paid Plans

Adobe XD
Unlimited prototypes
Unlimited design specs
100 GB cloud stor

Thank you for the response!  Unfortunately, I’ve been paying for and using Creative Cloud through tuition for the past three years, and using XD hasn’t been an issue until now.

(Edit: I believe it is because of the the October 2018 update, but don‘t quote me there, haha.)

I appreciate your suggestion, though.  Thank you.
