When I open Adobe XD it used to show recent projects. Now there's just a loading bar.
I see all my projects on Creative Cloud app, but when I open them through there, it shows me this error message: "Creative cloud services aren't activated or they aren't offered in your location."
And no, I'm not running on latest update. But everything was fine since yesterday.

Hi @WasntMe ,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure you have the latest version of Creative Cloud Sync(v6.5.0.24). You can check the version by navigating to XD menu > About XD. If it's already up to date and you have an enterprise subscription, you can log a ticket by following the steps shared here.
Thanks
Rishabh

Yes, that's the one, and it's not updated. Please try the steps shared here to update the app. If this doesn't work, you can also re-install the Adobe CC desktop app.

Tried repairing CC a couple of times, no success. Also I can't update to newer XD version, because my Windows doesn't support it. And it doesn't give me any other updates specific to Sync.
I followed this: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/coresync-is-using-high-cpu-on-my-windows-machine-.html#.... Removed all the processes, deleted Adobe Sync folder.. after opening Creative Cloud it gave me an update finally, but it still intalled 6.4.0.12 version.
Any other way how can I push that specific update, instead of unistalling all my other Adobe applications? Because I can't really uninstall Adobe CC without uninstalling everything else, right?

Ok, so I managed to reinstall Creative Cloud without removing all my apps by following this: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Now my Core Sync version is 6.5.0.24 but nothing has changed. Recent files still not showing up, and can't save anything on the cloud from any of the apps. And when I' m trying to open my files through CC, it still gives me the 'Creative cloud services aren't activated or they aren't offered in your location.' error.

Little update:
Not even sure if this is an issue with Sync Core anymore.. I got some recent local XD documents. Tried opening and closing XD for a couple of times. Sometimes they show up, sometime it's just loading..
2 times I've actually managed to get my cloud docs to show up too, but for some strange reason it was right after I exit the Creative Cloud (through Menu - File - Exit Creative Cloud) and then opening XD.
There's at least some progress on other apps, Photoshop and Illustrator now works fine, and saving/opening on Cloud works there.
