Red Exclamation Point on Cloud Icon after load disconnected from ansys cloud

Getting this red exclamation point on my cloud icon after document loads. If some one is collaborating at the same time. I will lose all my changes. I've followed every trouble shooting doc I can find but won't go away.


OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
XD version 49.0.12.14
Creative cloud sync: 5.6.2.1

    you also tried to log out and back out of your Adobe account

    Yes, in browser and in cloud app. Rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled dozens of times trying to clear.

    thanks for your answer. I don’t think that’s a problem. I recommend contacting Adobe Customer Care.


    Solved. Updating this setting fixed my issue.

     

    • 1)Type "regedit" at windows search bar
    • 2)Set the value of EnableLUA as 1 at Location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
    • 3)Reboot the machine.
