Reducing all elements in one action

I have a hole design for frontpage. Only one problem! It is too big! Is there a quick command for reducing every elements – txt and boxes – for example to 75%?

I can select all and ... 🙂

I don't think that feature is available as yet. The closest I could find was Change artboard size after creation. – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs
