Scrolling an exported artboard is choppy and not smooth

Explorer ,
Sep 19, 2020 Sep 19, 2020

Hey guys,

1. Publish a design for review/presentation.

2. Scroll the screen.

RESULT: scrolling is not smooth, it's choppy, it blocks, it acts very weird, in both chrome and FF. It should scroll like a regular website.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We can surely test this on our end so could you please share a sample link along with the exact version of XD. We'll try our best to help you with that.

Regards

Rishabh

I've always experienced this, sometimes more noticeable than others, not sure if its fixable. It has something to do with how the viewport is rendered. Browsers often have their own smooth scrolling gimmicks that might be adding to the issue.

Seems like dragging the screen up and down provides a smoother experience than scrolling.

Yeah. Click and drag works better than scrolling
