Shared Files Gone/Won't Open Since Update

I've been working on shared XD files across my company. When the recent update took effect and the profile feature was implemented, I can no longer access any of these shared files. If I click on the XD icon in my start-up menu and hold, the display opens up showing all of my previous files, but none of them will open. When I click "Shared Files," it is empty.

 

I have gone to my email invitations for these shared files and whenever I click to open the file that way, I get an error message that says "Sorry We Can't Open This Document: You don't have permission to open this document. Contact the owner for access, or check to see if you're logged in with the right account."

 

When I click the "Contact Us" button in CC, I get a message saying "Are you signed in with the right profile? This profile has no active plans or assets. Sign back out and sign back in using the same email, but select one of your other profiles that has an active plan or assets."

 

But, since then I've tried signing out and signing back in and it no longer gives me the option to choose which profile I'm using.

 

Anyone else having problems with this new profile feature?

 

I have a lot of work to get done today, but can't access the necessary files.
