Hi everyone,

I have a problem with loading images when I reopen my XD file.

I'm working on this with my friend and it happens the same to my friend too.

How to solve this problem?

Only some images are like the screenshot..

Hi Yalim,

Thank you for contacting us, usually the above scenarios happens for high resolution images[ high pixel images] and also same time if the network connectivity is poor, check for the internet connectivity once and wait for some time to load the images[ ~2mins] if this also doesn't works.. wait for another few minutes. Quit and Relaunch XD.

 Hope it helps,

Regards

Ashwini.

This same thing is happening to me and it's nothing to do with the images being too large. It's an Adobe bug and it needs to be fixed. It happens soooo often!!

How consistent is it? Does reopening the file fix it? Is it usually on a single file, or it's happening on all files for some period of time? What system are you on?

We are experiencing similar issue right now,  network speed is good, and the images are optimized for digital.  Is there any solution for the issue, we tried restarting XD, restarting the whole computer and nothing seems to be working

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response. Can you share a few more details like:

-The version of XD & OS.

-Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

-Is this a local document or cloud document?

We're here to help, just need more details.

Thanks

Rishabh

I'm having this issue right now too. It's happening on my Windows laptop and on my Macbook. Not all but most of the images are showing up as loading...[name of file] for most images. This is insane, I was about to hand this off to a developer today! You guys need to get in gear and fix this ASAP. We all pay top dollar for Adobe and it's kind of amazing how bad the experience is sometimes.

I am having the same problem right now, the pictures in the file have turned into loading and if I close and open it, it does not get better even if I save it locally. These are very small sized pictures, there is a problem with neither my connection speed nor the file size. The version I'm using now is 57.1.12.2 arm64. I'm working on a cloud file. I got this error once again, I re-found and repositioned the images and saved them, and after a while I wrote here when I experienced it a second time!Ekran Resmi 2024-09-23 18.49.16.png

@Emre_kosker instead of working from the cloud, how about working from the local files. I know it sounds kinda silly with great internet speed, but, I've noticed that working directly from local files on my computer provides a more uninterrupted experience. There are fewer delays and technical issues.
