I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues while creating a public link in XD. Would you mind trying to switch to a different network and then try again?

Actually it's working (Creating Public Link) when it I am using Adobe XD in my computer at home but not on the office, it always stuck and cant create a public link. But before it's working but not until today.

No, I can create a public link only when I am using my computer at home but not on the office.
Try to sign in/sign out to your Adobe ID at office. Is your office computer second one for CC App or you use Enterprise at office? Did you have any other computer in the past with the same Adobe Id?
Yeah, it's my second one for CC App (Adobe XD only). I will try to sign in / sign out my account tomorrow.
