That have not been implemented yet, but the feature is under review.

Because of bad UX-design while designing a UX-design application.

XD is still a young app under active development. There are many features that have yet to be implemented, but that's not bad UX... it's just the reality that apps take time to develop. Why has this feature not been added (yet)? Because Adobe is working on other things that they consider more important. You can vote on feature requests on the Adobe XD User Voice website https://adobexd.uservoice.com/ to let them know which are important to you.

This was just implemented May 21st, 2019. Updating enables titlecase, uppercase, and lowercase styling.
