Textbox overlaps with content on resize

When I shrink the width of my artboard with Responsize Resize enabled, my paragraph grows in height and overlaps with the content below instead of pushing it down. I would like to maintain the same padding between the paragraph and the button below. What is the best solution for this?

You can use stacks. Make groups for the items that will be moving together. In your case it should be a group for the title & the divider, then the paragraph can be on its own, and a group for the button with the profile images. Then group them all in one bigger group and enable stacks on it. Made a quick sample for you, attached a video below.
