the buttons for design not exist and i cant design anything

    What type of layers are you looking for? We don't have a layers panel in Windows 10 yet, but you can upvote here: [Windows] Layers panel – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs

    If you're looking for layers, they're coming soon! In the meantime, you can double click to enter a group, or Ctrl+Click to direct select an element within a group. Once you're in a group, you can press escape to pop up a level in your group.
