The local file cannot be opened, error 47

Hello everyone
When I want to open an important XD local file, error 47 appears
Already tried
https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/error-quot-sorry-we-can-t-open-this-document-in-adobe-xd-quot-or-error-47-while- opening-the-cloud/mp/9143521?page=2

  • Open on another computer
  • Reinstall XD and make sure it is up to date
  • Use Creative Cloud Cleaner to clean and reinstall XD


None of these methods solve the problem, what else can I do?
(Other files can be opened normally, only it)

Please add the file and the system logs in shared cloud storage and you can share the link either here or you can send a DM to me by clicking on my name.
