The XD cannot install the plug-in, and Unable to see XD in the Creative Cloud Desktop app

I downloaded and installed XD in creative cloud, and a few days later I opened XD and activated a 7-day trial period, installing the plug-in showed that the plug-in is not compatible with the application in the subscription. And could not find the XD in the application
