The xd file cannot be opened and has disappeared for unknown reasons

this morning i open xd file online in cloud. The file cannot be re-downloaded. tried to create an online folder, and moved there to download but after moving, also can't download. Now, the file has completely disappeared in the folder. I was really shocked. Please help me get it back. This is very important to me.

I really don't do any delete or edit function
