Since Jan 2019, XD files saved in Adobe Cloud are not accessible or visible. Is there any Adobe cloud folder on local that I can access to? On web I can only view and delete files. Is there any option to download XD files from Adobe Cloud? I can view updated files on Cloud but can't find its local version anywhere.

This is not the answer. I use the El Capitan OS X, but the latest XD version accessible on the Sierra or Mojave only (I don't want to install them... ). And now, how can I download creative cloud files?

Hi Sergeyk,

I understand your situation, could you please share the version of Adobe XD which you are using? Here is what you can do,  you may navigate to Adobe Creative Cloud files folder on your machine, and get the XD files from there. You may save it locally. Here is some more information on it: - Browse, search, sync, and manage Adobe Creative Cloud assets.

Cloud document feature is only available with the latest Adobe XD applications and its recommended to stay up to date to enjoy all the latest enhancements and features.

Danut, could you please share the version of Adobe XD which you are using?

Thanks,

Atul_Saini

Hi Atul,

I'm using the latest versions for Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud and the latest OS update from Apple.

And nothing works. I can't work in XD, can't use the cloud upload, the "sharing" feature, nothing.

It's getting very frustrating because I've wasted 2 days now trying to fix it and no luck yet, tried everything I found on the internet and on the Adobe forums.

Hi Danut,  sorry for the delay in response, could you please specify the error which you are getting while using the cloud document? Could you please confirm if you have tried the steps mentioned here: - Error trying to use Share Online feature while troubleshooting when you are trying to share your prototype?

Thanks,

Copying the solution from this article. Error trying to use Share Online feature Can you try these solutions and let us know if they helped?

Error code 44

Error code 44 indicates that XD was unable to upload your content to Adobe Creative Cloud. This could be the result of a service issue on the Adobe side, or a network connection issue on your local machine. If you receive error code 44, trying the following steps to identify the root cause and resolve the issue:

  • Check status.adobe.com to see if Adobe Publish Online functionality is experiencing any issues. If it shows green status, the service is operating correctly.
  • Switch to a public network and try to share a simple file that contains only one artboard. If sharing works from a public network but not from an enterprise or other managed network, the issue may be related to your local network settings.
  • XD needs to access different Adobe domains to publish content to Creative Cloud. If access to any of these domains is blocked, you receive error code 44. See Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints for more information on which specific domains need to be whitelisted.
  • If sharing a small file works, but you receive an error when attempting to share a large file, the issue may be related to the stability of your local network connection. Try sharing from another network, and if possible, use a hard-wired connection.

Thanks,

Preran

About the other part of your question, Adobe XD is supported on Mac OS 10.12 and later versions. You will have to upgrade your OS if you want to use Adobe XD on that computer.

Thanks,

Preran
