Transfer files from the former employee's account

Hi Adobe Community,

Could anyone please advise if it's possible to transfer the CC files from the former employee's account to the new employee?

Thanks for reaching out. If you can access the file, you can transfer the asset manually by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html. If you're unable to access the files from the business profile, you can ask the Admin to reclaim the asset for you by following the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html

Thanks for your answer. I have looked into this and am a bit confused:

A)  Is there really no way to copy/download more than one file at a time from the cloud file folder to transfer them?
B) This means clicking on hundreds of items and also having to follow a different workflow for different file types?
