I have Adobe XD listed as an app included in my student discount subscription, but it does not show up in my apps (I've had this subscription for a few months, and all of the apps I have shown no problems when I've installed and used them).
I tried installing XD through my browser but a pop-up box appeared saying that I am either not eligible to or my laptop does not support the system requirements for the app (it's a MacBook Pro V14.0).
I am very confused and stressed about this, so hopefully I'll be able to get some answers here.

I think the best way is to contact Adobe direct - via chat to start with perhaps
