Turning off "Email Notifications" for comments on XD prototypes

Explorer ,
Nov 06, 2018 Nov 06, 2018

Hi there,

I don't want to get 27 emails and CC app notifications at the same time when clients comment on the prototypes.

I haven't been able to find any options to turn off the email settings - is this possible?

Sorry – looks like the team redesigned this! https://account.adobe.com/notifications

You should be able to set that in accounts.adobe.com/communication

No that doesn't work.

It only allows you to set marketing related communication - which is not the same thing as notifications of comments.  I want the product update emails. I don't want email updates of chatter on my prototypes.

That worked.  Thank you!

can you also explain how to navigate to this page if I need to find it again? What is it under exactly?

The first link you sent was under accounts.adobe and this one is under account.adobe - I am completely lost

If you click on your profile icon in the upper right hand corner of your adobe.com landing page, you should be able to select “Adobe Account.” From there, you can click on “Manage Notifications” to get to this page. Glad it worked!

Will I have to send clients this link to change their preferences? I really hate to ask them to do one more thing. I love the collaboration for proofs, but really want it to be easy on them. They do not need any email notifications to add to thier mailboxes.
