Hi,
I have created two separate files - one was created by renaming the original file and then amending it.
I hadn't created a prototype yet when I copied the original file, it was just design.
However, now I've created the prototypes in both seperare files when I try and publish prototypes they are both publishing to the same link.
I have tried Publish to New link on one of the files but that then seems to some how become updated in the other file and overwritten again.
Are they some how connected to be causing this and if so how can I resolve it.
I'm trying to share my prototypes with a client but I can only show them one!

Can you try creating a new file, copying contents from one of the files to the new file, and see if you get a different link?
Thanks,
Preran

If you create a brand new document and copy/paste elements from the original doc into this "brand new" file, the prototype is fine.
The issue comes from publishing a prototype/design spec, duplicating that file, and then publishing from the duplicated file.

Hi,
clicking New Link should only change the shared URL current file, and no others. You will also need to save the file to make this URL change permanent.
You could try sharing each file to a new URL, and saving each file. If this doesn't work then there's a bug somewhere!

I have the same issue and I also saved the document as a different name.

I have also experienced this.
I create a new file "doc_1" and create a prototype or design spec link.
If I then duplicate that file, rename it "doc_2" and change the content, then publish it overwrites "doc_1" prototype content.
It seems that the prototype link/url is tied to a document and transfers over when you duplicate the file.
