Hi guys, I think it is important to have an special funcionality to helps the team rate the quailty of the work if different areas are included like Development, Content, UX among others, in order to send the work to the client only if it is complete and checked by everyone.

Not all programs allow you to split up tasks and control them. We, too, were developing a website and realised that we didn't have a coordinator or a performance manager, we just didn't have enough people to staff it. We decided to hire designers to do their job as it is much better than having someone from outside come in and do everything not very well. No rush, no stress, no dead-end projects from my manager. Every day is a great and enjoyable day. And at the same time, they have their own superiors who keep an eye on everything.
