I an unable to access the cloud library it keeps giving me the attached wrror, even though i can see my libraries on the web normally but do not show in the app

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try the steps shared below:

 

  1. Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related process from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there.

 

Let us know if it works after that or if you need any further assistance.

I tried downing everything listed, i also ended up uninstalling all Adobe Apps as well as Creative cloud and im still getting the same error (Attached)Screen Shot 2020-10-21 at 2.54.44 PM.png

If this doesn't work either, could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD and the Operating System.
  2. Are you able to see libraries on any other Adobe apps?
  3. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work network?

I tried these solutions and its still not working, below are more details

  • XD Version 34.0.12
  • Operating System MacOS Catalina - Version 10.15.7 
  • Non of the libraries are showing on other apps (Even though i have a windows device and no issues there with the cloud libraries)
  • I'm connected to a private network
