Unable to access the published XD link

XD's links have crashed and public links are switched to private links by themselves. While accessing the XD Link it's showing the error message ( You can’t access this link. You don’t have permission to view it. Request access or switch to another Adobe ID. ) even though the file link has been updated as Anyone with the link

Hi @Thamizhanban S, thinking what I'd check, I'd make sure I updated the link after changing the setting to "Anyone with the link" (I understand you're saying that and maybe tried that but wanted to add) The other thing I'd try is I'd make a new file and share its link to see if it's a file specific issue. If you also share your operating system and XD version details maybe some other expert can also help. Hope this helps!

Mac Machine - Mac Book Pro
OS - MAC OS Ventura13.0 (22A380)
XD Version - 55.0.12.9 arm64

Still the issue is not resolved for the old links which have been shared as "Anyone with the link" but it works only when I create new links

Kindly do the needful because the old links have been shared with the whole team, Now they are requesting link access from the Private link
